Waited in all day and lost a days pay . No delivery. No contact from Walton. No explanation. Dreadful service, will be demanding my money back and going to a more professional company. Lost a days pay and no greenhouse to show for it. Do not use this company, very unsatisfactory and will advice other people not to use Walton, no matter how good the price looks, they will get nothing for their money. Will be interesting to see if they are as quick to reimburse as they are to take the money.	Overall Rating

themalletts Member Since: 03/06/09 View Member's: Reviews	good selection, very good prices, very good display of the products we were looking for. many thanks. i was shocked to see our new patio set on top of a flat bed truck, on top of what looked like sheds and fence pannels.the boxes were all battered and ripped the main table box was stinking dirty.it looked like flood damaged stock.two of the four chairs were scuffed badly and the glass table had a bad scratch on it. all in all very poor and very dissapointing. paulaaluapdevon Member Since: 01/06/09 View Member's: Reviews	after waiting for 7 working days for it to come it was then damaged on arrival.i rang customer services and explained what was wrong with it. i was told then that i could either have up to £20 reinburst for wood bought to mend it myself(when they recieved roof of reciept for builders merchants) or they would deliver a new one in another up to 7 days(but would be given priority )which i felt was the best option as i wasnt going to pay full price for a product that wasnt much good.But had to tell my 3 year old that she had to wait again before she had her play house.if i could have had some money off the play house to 1 buy wood ,2 pay for petrol to fetch it and 3 for someone to take it apart and put it together properly then i would have mended it my self,walton could have saved another delivery and my daughter would have had her house when promised.i await the second delivery and hope the second house is to a better standard and not broken on delivery	Overall Rating

You can not get through to the Company on their phones and if you leave messages no-one appears to respond to them. The double door on the shed was a big let down, it is just a big door, literally roughly cut down the middle. There is no overlap on the doors, so now there is a 2cm gap to let the weather in and prying eyes. Would not recommended this shed.	Overall Rating

They suggested I ring tomorrow. It would have been useful if the website had made clear that I should ring the following day after placing my order. I thought the pricing of the chosen-day delivery was a little expensive so hope that the delivery can be arranged smoothly. Otherwise the site was incredibly easy to use and well laid out and I would happily recommend it or use it again. The delivery was not made on the day paid for. No contact - no apology - Parts of the shed were missing. No response to my first email complaining about service and requesting missing parts. Second email simply got the reply that I'd have to wait for the parts. The parts were finally delivered - just dropped on the doorstep. Again, no apology for the delay or compensation for inconvenience, even though delayed delivery of shed and parts caused us considerable inconve	Overall Rating

The only slight stumble for some might be if they try to go back to purchasing from viewing their 'basket'. The button could be relabeled to 'Return to shopping' or something like that. At the moment it is labelled 'Back'. Thank you for all the help so far, the summer house purchased a few months ago is in full use and went together well. I chased delivery told would be Friday, next day told Monday, day after told 1 of the products not in production till following thursday. I cancelled my order, cant think what the sheds will be like if they can't even sort out a delivery date! Also their phone system is a nightmare, keeps you holding on for 7 minutes then just says goodbye..!!!	Overall Rating
