I was a bit skeptical before buying from UKTechStore because their prices on Adobe CS4 seemed almost too good to be true. However, a bit of googling revealed only satisfied customers - and now, I'm one of them! Fantastic delivery speed: I ordered my software late Thursday and got it Monday morning (shipped from Canada to Denmark). I'll definitely order my next software from them. Highest recommendation from me! |

I spent quite a lot of time looking up the internet for reviews on this company. I read in forums that some people had doubts about them and some even said that those who placed positive reviews were questionable but i took the risk and placed the order that night. The next day i received a phone call from canada saying the parcel would take two days, then i received an email with a UPS tracking reference. I took the day off work and waited for it to arrive. It works perfectly and i totally recommend them. I sent them an email to say thanks. UK prices are a rip off!! |

After being very sceptical I purchased CS4 PP from UKTechStore because of the greatly reduced price. The web page doesn't have so many products, but I suppose that's because they're the ones which have the great discounts available to us in the UK. Well, going through the checkout, I was glad I was paying through RBS Worldpay - added comfort that this wasn't a scam out to get my card details! And the whole double check from my card issuer came up too, to enter letters from my password. So, I felt quite secure through the process. Well, having ordered on Saturday 20th (at night), I have just finished installing the whole set of DVDs on Wednesday night 24th (2 working days from Canada!!!) *Very* good service at price around £500 less than the cheapest I'd seen elsewhere. I'm very, very pleased and glad I "won" this time! Still very cautious about great discounts on the web, but this is one place that I've had a great experience with. |

These people are superb! I ordered on a bank holiday and imediately realised I had put the wrong postcode on the delivery address so I emailed the sales team. I had a reply within half an hour that they had amended it. The UPS tracking number enabled me to see how the package was progressing - 2 days from Montreal!! Great prices, great delivery and great response from the sales team. I would recommend to anyone. |

Shopping online from a company you've never heard of before is never a good idea. I did all the research I could about UKTechStore, and after a number of email conversations with them, decided to go for it an purchase CS3.3 at a nicely discounted price. The package was delivered to Germany from Canada in 2 days - I received a UPS tracking number and was able to watch online. I registered the product today and now look forward to using it. Very good customer service with prompt replies to emails (making sure you take into account the time differences of course). |

WOW I couldn't believe the speed at which I received my order. It was shipped from Canada to the UK and I received it within 2 days...now that's what I call service. I ordered CS4 and it is 100% genuine and the customer service is excellent. I will definitely recommend and use again. Thanks |

I was reluctant to legalise my Adobe product because of their unfaire pricing structure as I don't use them for business and only use them less than 10 hours a month. Furthermore I was not able to take advantage of the low dollar and get them cheaper in the USA. Then the pound became weak (sorry guys) and naturally I still could not buy from the Adobe shop in the UK but discovered UKTechstore. With the weak pound and the discounted price, it made the purchase a little less painful. The package arrived 3 days later, email conversations were just brilliant. I have 2 more produts to buy and will spread the purchases over the next 2 months. |

Communications via email answered at once with relevant information. Tracking system provided was the most comprehensive I have ever come across, and the product - Photoshop CS4 - arrived exactly when they said it would. A brilliant shopping experience which I can recommend to anyone ! |

Excellent. I ordered Illustrator CS3 (which is not the latest version: needed for plug-in compatibility), and within minutes received a personal email asking me to confirm whether I really wanted CS3 or actually wanted the new CS4 - now that's service! Shipping confirmation arrived minutes after I confirmed the version, and it arrived within 2 days. Highly recommended! |

This is how it went... Sent couple of questions, emails answered within an hour, not bad.., placed order online with ease, got receipt and tracking no within an hour, not bad at all..., received my order for Adobe Cs3.3 design premium within 2 working days, wow! I am glad I ran into Uktechstore.. highly recommended. Will be buying from here again! |

Within 2 hours of payment I received a FedEx tracking number which gave detailed information of the packages progress. It arrived in the UK in 2.5 days as predicted. The Adobe Creative Suite package contained all 3 DVD's with extras and a Workflow book, I had no problems installing or registering with Adobe. This was the full retail product at a great price - and great service, Thanks ! |

This was a company purchase of a large amount for both Adobe and Microsoft Office 2003 products. Having never having done business with Uktechstore before we were hesitant to go forward, we contacted them asking them few questions and some references, they replied in a swift manner with good credentials. We put the purchase through and just after 3 days we received our shipment just as described, 100% genuine and eveything installed and works just fine. We will now be using this company for our future purchases. With quick customer response, unbeatable pricing and genuine product, you cannot go wrong. Price for product was excellent. Had problems placing the order .. problem with my bank, not with UKtechstore. Emailed UKtechstore, they even telephoned me to assist in the order. Eventually my bank got their act together, and I was able to place the order early evening Tuesday and the product was delivered by midday Thursday. Their support email was excellent, quickly responding and very very helpful and friendly. Would certainly order again from them. Well done UKTechstore .... at last a company that cares! |

Don't buy from this company. Ordered on the 10th Aug, the company went on holdiay on the 11th Aug without sending my goods or informing me that they were going on holiday. I finally got a refund on the 31st Aug. They take ages to reply to emails and you can't contact them by telephone - avoid them!!! Retailer Response (06/09/07): We notified the client of the late shipment and the client agreed to wait, when we did not receive our inventory, we immediately notified the client and processed their refund. We were in contact with the client throughout our holiday period. We were cordial with the client and returned the full amount without question. This client review is unjust. |
