I would have no hesitation in recommending uk digital cameras. Their service was first class. I bought a new camera from them and also traded in two of my cameras .The gave me a fair price and the service and delivery was spot on. I purchased other accessories from them and again, well done. |

I was very impressed with the quick communications and my "fair & honest" trade in valuation. I ordered online and received my goods the next day. Would recommended to my friends and family & wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future.And a TWO year warranty for FREE thrown in .. Well done |

I got prompt delivery and a very good "Deal" that they provided for four Lumix FS10 cameras to be used at the school where my wife teaches. I came back to them as I was impressed with the service last time I dealt with them and they came up trumps again. Very happy with the sales, the order, and the prompt delivery. This firm treat customers as really valued persons, they don't treat potential customers with queries and requests as idiots they listen and react to customers needs. |

Excellent service from UK Digital Camera's 10/10. I got a call within minutes of my order being placed, checking they'd captured everything and explained the delivery times & options. I did have a problem with the spare battery which needed replacing. I sent in an email, they called me back straight away and posted a replacement battery to me within 2 days. I bought a Panasonic FZ38 Digital Camera and after asking for advice from a sales consultant some extra accessories. All products received next day. This is the second time I have bought photographic equipment from UK Digital Cameras and both times the standard of service has been excellent. Would have no hesitation in recommending them as they provide market leading products and great service. |

After being made to wait 3 weeks (with payment taken immediately) by another on line dealer I gave up and approached UK Digital Cameras. Due to my previous poor experience I placed my order with some degree of trepidation. UK Digital Cameras were as good as their word, I placed my order mid afternoon and the postie duly delivered my camera at 10am the following day. I am one happy shopper and, based on this experience, would thoroughly reccomend UK Digital Cameras to anyone. Thanks fellas |

Absolutely fabulous company to deal with, highly recomended, I found them to be helpfull and dead easy to deal with. The camera was uk stock (unlike some) and was ordered on the friday and delivered on the monday. I have just recomended them to my brother and you dont get higher praise than that Well done |

I was very impressed in the way my initial call to UK Digital Cameras to place an order for a camera and accessories was treated. The operator went through the order with me and confirmed that everything was in stock. After I placed my order the operator suggested that I purchase a UV lens filter. The operator explained to me in every detail what it was and what it did. I did not feel that I was being forced to purchase it in any way. I received an email confirming my order and that it would be delivered by 1.00p.m. the following day. The parcel was delivered at 08.50 the following morning. I had a slight problem, but it was something that I did not understand, I rang UK Digital Cameras and everything was carefully explained to me by a very professional person at the other end of the telephone. I shall certainly use this company again. |

Having previously purchased from this company a couple of years ago they continue to offer very competetive deals, their delivery is excellent and customer service is in my opinion unbeatable. I think that their new part exchange scheme is a good idea, as it allows customers to update their equipment at an economical rate. I highly recommend them. |

I recently ordered the Panasonic FZ38 Offer 3. I was aware this model is like gold dust at most camera shops so was delighted to take delivery within 24 hours of placing my order! Value for money at less than £300 (including delivery) for this package is excellent, particularly as it includes a 3 year warranty. Ease of ordering as a first time customer and the ability to track delivery progress online also added to the positive experience of dealing with your company. I only wish that learning all the capabilities of this camera, above the basics, could be so easy! I am very happy to recommend you to other potential customers, so please feel free to add my comments to your customer reviews. |

After recently having quite a bad experience with a somewhat shady company I luckily found UK Digital Cameras. I made the order via phone so I could be re assured over a number of points. The service I received from the staff was second to none. I ordered a Canon Ixus 980 IS on 29th Dec & paid for 1-3 day delivery but was told it should arrive about 31st but aloow time for New Year holiday. I received a parcel tracking number for City Link & on 30th Dec found that the package was already loaded onto delivery van and would be delivered that day - it was - exactly 24hrs from order to receipt & that is going some. I have no hesitation in recommending UK Digital Cameras - it is so nice in this day & age to have old fashioned polite service. Well done to you all. |

Responses to emails were fast- customer service outstanding and value for money on the camera's is among the best. My camera arrived less than 24 hours after ordering to the far north of Scotland. Great service and all the better since I had originally ordered from another company who had my order sitting on their website tracking as 'processing' for almost 10 days. I am very pleased I cancelled and re-ordered with UK Digital Cameras. |
