not received goods which are showing as delivered on there web site so I have contacted them twice with no reply from them, I also contacted them re there price match promise as I found the same goods for half the price they are charging but still not response. The money has been taken from my account, I can't get any answer from them so what do I do? Don't shop with this company there are far better out there who sell cheaper and actually deliver the goods, and have good customer service, none of which apply to this awful company, wish I'd checked the reviews out before I ordered from them :(

You ordered a stand at £20.00 + delivery charge. Goods were delivered to your neighbour the next day. You then claimed you could get the stand for £13.00 after we had delivered your order. \"We will try to price match\" is what it says on the internet. We cannot price match if you have seen it cheaper after your order has been delivered. As this is the first time I have placed an order with this merchant it's hard to be definite, especially as regards such matters as time taken to deliver goods, problem solving/returns policy (which I hope I shall not need to be concerned with). However, simply on the basis of being able to find the product I wanted (unavailable from most other dealers) and at a price that suited me, along with the ease of ordering, I can only give a positive response. Unless I misread, the only advice was that there was only one shipping method and one fixed price. Shipping is by 'best method' which is not very clear, but I presu8me it will compare with best performance by other retailers . I would not want to commend the retailer until the goods have been delivered. But so far, in spite of coments at 2&3, my impression is favourable Overall Rating

I bought a couple of items from this store and found it had very high standards. I was impressed when i was told all my items will be delivered next day despite ordering at 5pm. Don't shop here! Terrible customer service. Ordered a cinema surround sound system on Monday after calling to make sure it was in stock and told it was. Heard nothing else, so rang on Thursday to check and got told it would be delivered following Monday. Monday came and went, nothing delivered, no communication. Rang Tuesday morning, told item is not in stock. I decided to change the order to a different item and told this would be delivered following day. I changed my mind after finding the new item is not compatible with my TV and rang back less than an hour later to cancel the order. Told I would be charged £10 cancellation fee. I refused this, so I then spoke to the manager who told me it would be £20 cancellation fee. When I said I would not pay this I was told the full amount would be taken and it would be put into dispute. Again I refused this and took advice from Consumer Helpline. Having rung again I have been told a full refund will be made.

We have very competitive prices and provide an exemplary service which a large percentage of our clients find beyond satisfactory. Once in a while, there is a shortage of stock to which end we always keep our customers informed and offer them the choice of a full refund or to await delivery pending arrival of new stock. As you are aware a FULL refund was made to your account.

Ordered a Sony Gigajuke on 28th March and heard nothing after confirmation e-mail. Telephoned to get a delivery date and was told that there was "a delay" by an abrupt and unhelpful man but that it would arrive on 6th or 7th April. Made sure that someone was there to receive it, including taking some time off work. Late on Wednesday got an illiterate e-mail teling me the order was cancelled because they had no stock. Why offer for sale items that you don't have or cannot get!!! If there was a no star option that's what they would get for service, communication and manners. This company is best avoided and you purchase from them at your peril.

I ordered a Blu-ray player from here a few days ago, checked around 24 hours later and the order was still pending. Since then the website has dissapeared so i am unable to check the status, i have recieved no emails from the company since the order confirmation. I rang the number listed on here and was met with the rudest most abrupt representative i have ever spoken to, he advised that the order wll be with me tomorrow but my hopes arent high.

The same happened to me. i ordered PANASONIC SCAK770EBK and waited two days just to receive an email that my order has been canceled - saying "sorry we are out of stock". It was and still is clearly stated that this item is in stock. i am very dissatisfied. i will never buy again from total digital.

Delivery of Panasonic LCD TV fine and initially pleased with product. After 4 weeks, tv failed. Customer service was very unhelpful and unsympathetic and took a while to provide a temporary replacement. Some of the people we dealt with over the phone were rude and even aggressive. It took 2 months before the tv came back, despite promises at various stages, which basically showed that some people there were lying. A very stressful experience. Would definately not recommend - avoid like the plague.

Our logistics operate within the United Kingdom . However, due to our vast source of supply returns can sometimes take a while longer as thorough quality checks are done to ensure the product is properly repaired and will no longer have any problems. As shown from our records the TV was replaced although there was no fault found. Customer Service. Having the finest products at the lowest prices around without great customer service is of no use to our customers - that is why we give an after-sales service that matches the products.

Excellent Customer Service would highly recommend total digital! I Ordered a Panasonic TH50PZ81 Plasma on Thursday 14th August over the phone. Shortly After placing my order I had received a call from the dispatch department regarding my order they confirmed that I was going to receive the set the following morning on the 15th of August. I have never experienced such a great service. Such a great TV, very happy with the set i have purchased! Highly recommend! cheapest prices, great customer service, could not be happier.

Poor customer service, Total Digital cancelled my order by single little email saying item is out of stock. Out of Stock LCD TV is still sold on their web page.

Delivery should have been within 1 - 3 days. After a week I tried contacting the retailer to no avail. No response whatsoever. I then gave them a cut off date to contact me or cancel the order. Still no response. The item was delivered after this cut off date 2 weeks after the order was placed and what a surprise there was a dent in the casing. Emailed them asap - still no response. Avoid this company like the plague! Absolutely no communication or customer service. You should check other comparison sites for true feedback - I wish that I had!!

Amazing speed & value. Ordered at 8.40pm on a Friday, had a call on Saturday afternoon stating delivery would take place between 3-5pm on Monday. All arrived on time and in mint condition. It don't get much quicker than that!

Panasonic DMR-EZ47VEB.Best price and delivered within24hrs. Unfortunately, unit was faulty but TotalDigital delivered a replacement to my door in West Yorks with their own vehicle in three working days. Driver was courteous and helpful. I wasn't even expected to repack the return. Quite impressed.
