The customer service was second to none, they helped me decide on the product to purchase and offered to place the order for me. The website is so easy to use and contains so much information and the delivery is faster than having to go to the shops. I have used other tool companies and they do not compare.	Overall Rating

Burghfield Member Since: 20/12/05 View Member's: Reviews	Although I live on a main road, tooled-up were unable to find my address which they saw as my problem and told me to sort it out with their courier. They have also stated that they don't intend to make a full refund if delivery doesn't take place. I'm still waiting for my delivery but suspect that this will have to go legal.	Overall Rating

Nielsarl Member Since: 02/06/09 View Member's: Reviews	Placed order Dec 9, expected delievery was 2-3 days. Now it seems like I have to wait more than 8 months if the 4th date is true. They have raised the price of the product after I placed the order and now they delay it until I cancel the order. I have given them the possibility to send me a similar product, with a higher price than I originally paid, but lower price than the current of the product i ordered. They refused. Tooled-up accepts a more than 8 month delay, that is terrible service.	Overall Rating
