Bike should have arrived Tue 12th at the latest. Bike dispatched on the 12th which is not a good start. Sports hq refused to refund the extra charge for next day delivery and when i checked my bank statement i realised that they also overcharged me by £18 which they say is correct even though i have an invoice and email which clearly states otherwise. I am now peeved off so decide to reject delivery of the bike when it arrives and will get a refund. Parcell force send bike to wrong distribution hub and eventually attempt a delivery on 19th may, 10 days after initial purchase. Sports hq dont seem to care and effectivley say tuff. I inform them that i am rejecting delivery because of the terrible service to which they say "fine"! The bike arrived back to them on the 20th may and i have yet to receive any correspondence regarding the matter and have still not received a refund as of 25th	Overall Rating
