I have been shopping with SVP since they were a small concern based in Devon with friendly staff who were available by phone. These days they have gotten way too big for their boots and forgotten who has given them their success, ie, their customers. I bought some carpy discs from them just over a year ago, as it had lifetime guarantee printed on them I didn't figure I needed to open them right up and get burning. Shame, obviously I should have. Not one of these so call Zerodefex discs will burn. Every single one of them has failed. so I use their less than satisfactory service to tell them about it. First I get a reply indicating I should muck around with the firmware on my burner (already done, but not really something you should just be suggesting to who knows who as lots of people are NO WAY pc savvy and could kill their burner).
