I will always check the Superfi site first, I recently visited a Hi-Fi exhibition and almost purchased a "special show price" item for £99.00, glad I didn't as the the same part is available for £50.00 with Superfi, so by spending the same amount with Superfi I was able to purchase a better version. Then it went down hill. email three times asking about delivery. then finally told two weeks after the order it will be april at the earliest. Asked to cancel and advised i have to do this online. tried to do this online and no process that can easly be found. emailed customer service saying not to send good and do not charge me. Other dealers haven't any either. SUPERFI have assured me that I will receive my order ASAP, and until then I have no criticisms, and would suggest that they are reputable overall.The staff in the Manchester branch were also very helpful.I am satisfied that the delay is not their fault.
