Strengths: includes everything needed to protect a PC, good price, reputation
Weaknesses: slows down system
Summary: As with most commercial Internet security software bundle, Norton 360 gives the user everything s/he needs. It also slows down the system especially if it's a few years old. Norton 360 is good for someone who just wants complete protection with a relatively new, fast computer. Overall, the package does provide a sense of security. I'd recommend it if you could get it at a good price.

Strengths: includes all the security you need to protect your machine, decent scan speed
Weaknesses: none
Summary: This is the most user friendly interface and complete package on the market.
It does everything I want without I even knowing its there.
It doesn't slow my system down at boot up or when using my windows xp.
I have installed it on three different machines, all work fine
without any problem.

Strengths: Norton 360 is light weight on system resources, covers all the areas that security and performance toolsshould do, Includes 2GB online storage, Live update notice alerting features,protects 3 PC's.
Weaknesses: Doesn't support browsers other than IE, doesn't include wireless security tools, no vault for password and credit card information.
Summary: Installation was fast and easy. Price paid for product includes installation upto 3 PC's. The User interface is clean and intuitive. Norton 360 Live update is well intregrated. Provides other add-on online tools. Only disadvantage is there is no wireless home network support. It also tunes up your system and backs up essential files in the background.

 it works but not as good as expected Strengths: includes all internet security features
Weaknesses: it might stop your computer after installing
Summary: The good thing about this software is that it comes with all critical internet security feature, which makes this software a plus. Howerver, be prepared that it might hang up your system upon installation. This weakness has been around with most norton softwares and it has never been improved.

 All-in-one slow product Strengths: Protects computer
Weaknesses: slows the machine down
Summary: Too many issues, install was a pain. It slowed down my computer, blocked access to common websites, and generally took a lot of work. It took me about 1 hour on chat to get support yet, nothing was resolved, what a waste of money, cannot return software.

It's OK
Strengths: easy installation, broad protection
Weaknesses: slow down system
Summary: Another free after rebate security product i got from Norton. Installation is smooth and painless, broad protection covers nearly all types of assults.It does a good job backing up files, works well with my new vista system but it slows down the system significantly because of its intensive resource. I am thinking to swith to Kaspersky, which works much better on my other computer with the same system.

 SLOWWWWWWWWWWWW Strengths: Down load was quick and easy
Weaknesses: After it was installed my system slow down quite a bit.
Summary: This product Norton 360 will slow down any system that is using XP. I tried it on my notebook and PC that were running XP. After a week, I had to uninstall 360 and then everything was back to normal. To bad for the product was easy to use and had all the bells and whisles for surity. But I could not take the slow proformane it caused.

Good defend but slow the computer!
Strengths: Exellent defense for your computer.
Weaknesses: Slow the computer when startup your computer
Summary: I should admit it is an excellent software which have all security functions such as anti virus, internet serurity and so on. But like most of the anti-virus softwares, they will take up system resource and slow the computer, especially when computer starts up.

Strengths: inclues all security features for your PC

It comes with all features from norton internet security, norton anti virus along with some features from norton systemworks. The software cost is actually a bargain when considering all features from the software. The big weakness of this software is that my computer is working slowly than normal.

Norton 360
Strengths: Free after rebate, brand name, multiple programs in one package
Weaknesses: Slows down computer immensely
Summary: I bought this software for free after rebate, and I'm glad I didn't pay for it. Norton's software has been increasingly bloated and slow over the last few versions, and 360 continues this trend. While I have no doubt that the software is effective, the performance hit is simply too high.

Norton 360
Strengths: Very easy to install, Very fast scan times.
Weaknesses: Slow down the computer tremendously
Summary: After installing Norton 360, my computer's performance went down. Programs were slow to load and often stalled, Some program I finally unstalled the norton 360, then everthing was back to normal. Absolutely not recommended.

a fair product
Strengths: this software is very easy to install and use.
Weaknesses: It slow down computers significantly
Summary: this software is very easy to install and use, so you don't need to be an expert on computer in order to use it. It also seems that it works very well, doing what it supposed to do, protects your computer.
It also seems that it slows down your computer significantly, and you can feel it, especially if you have adobe or photoshop in your PC also.

Summary: excellent for system optimizing, back up, PC and network security! Doing great job in the background, which is outstanding and advantage than other anti-virus softwares! By the way, you can delete the ad logon in the pop-up windows by removing some files!

Norton 360 good software..but
Strengths: Good security, easy install

Summary: 2007-12-20 20:21:51 As a buyer of Norton products for awhile now, this 360 is probably one of my least favorites. It offers good security and installs easily, but it lacks features I feel this program should have. I think it should include more tune-up features, such as a registry cleaner. Also, it puts yet another menu bar across the top of the webpage but at least you can hide it. I assume it keeps the computer secure, but I found that it still lets popups through. Anyway, with rebates, the cost was low, but I think I will switch to Systemworks.

A good, friendly product for normal users
Strengths: It is easy to use. Everything is done for the user so that a normal user does not need to make too many choices. It does what it claims to work.
Weaknesses: It will slow down your system if your computer is kind of old. It does not support Windows 2000.

It will slow down your system if your computer is kind of old. It does not even support Windows 2000. It made a lot of modifications to your windows system at low level. You can't even disable it easily.
Bottom line: use this if you want to install it and then forget about it. Just let this software do the job. But don't install it if you have a slow computer.
