(Edited May 03rd by jojo321) i first used printerland last month and i needed some black ink for my printer for today. i rang printerland at about 5pm yesterday they said they would try to get my order out for next day shipment. the ink arrived at 10 this morning thanks printerland i will be using printerland again |

The printer arrived exactly as Printerland stated in one working day. I did ring in the morning after placing the order to ask if it was on its way, and this was confirmed without hesitation. Service could not be better! Have yet to open it as it is a birthday present. Many thanks. |

I bought a Lexmark pro 901, found Printerland to be the best priced, I called Printerland and was surprised at the knowledge of the product they had to hand, I was actually not sure about this machine but once I had called Printerland they explained all the functions and also compared it to other products they had, the service was amazing. Once I had purchased the machine I was kept well informed as to when the item was being delivered even down to what time, great service all round. A very happy customer. |

Chose Printerland as they offered next day delivery on a particular laser printer. The guy (Carl) I spoke with was very knowledgeable and suggested I buy a different printer for the job in hand, which was cheaper and I'm very happy with the quality. Would definitely use and recommend Printerland again. Very professional, friendly and helpful staff. Thankyou. |

I ordered printer consumables through printerland for my oki laser printer. They had the toners in stock and had them delivered for me the next day. I'm a regular customer of printerland and have used their services before. They send me occasional emails offering me discounts on printers and consumables, and I've never had any problems with their service. A happy customer. |

I phoned printerland looking to purchase a new laser printer and the lady kindly gave me advice on which was the best model to go for. She gave me fast information on prices and products and I was able to make my desicion very easily. The product was rapidly deliverd once ordered and all subsequent communications have made a prompt reply. EXCELLENT!! |

We needed a new printer urgently and they did everything to ensure we got one the following morning and solved a major problem. Can't say we have ever dealt with a better IT company for keeping their promises. EXCELLENT SERVICE and will put more business their way. |

Best possible service: ordered one afternoon, printer arrived (using the regular delivery service) the next afternoon. And the price was astonishing - I was replacing an inkjet printer with an updated version which uses the same ink cartridges -and the price of the new printer was £15 less than the price of two new ink cartridges would have been from my regular stationery supplier. Excellent service all round! |
