Purchased a TAG and there was a problem with moisture in the sealed watch face. Precision Time arranged the shipping and the watch went back. New internals and resealed, sent back to me. No problems. No questions. No cost. No hassle. Brilliant service. Well recommended. |

I would give Precision Time Watches a minus one star because unless they have the watch you want actually in stock,you could be in for a long wait,a very long wait.In my case waiting went over their estimated 14 day delivery time with no communication from them and they ignored my email request for info.In the end I had to threaten them with adverse reviews if they did not answer.This resulted in an email saying my Tissot watch had not arrived and that Simon may be able to source it from elsewhere.After yet another week of the silent treatment I sent another email.The reply being my watch would need to go on back order and this may take 2 or 3 weeks and would I like to wait or order a watch they actually have in stock.At this stage I dumped a company not to be recommended. |

Five weeks after order still no sign of watch arriving. Birthday missed so cancelled order. Emails not answered and phone calls a waste of time. Vocanic ash and supplier problems blamed but fail to see how this explains woeful customer service. Certainly wont be using them again. |

Lowest advertised prices and easy-to-use website. Delivery was estimated at 5-14 days and took 5. Watch was well packaged and arrived in flawless condition - even to the point where the time, day and date were set accurately. |

Having had a previous bad experience shopping on line with another retailer, Precision Time restored my faith in on line shopping. Despite advising me my watch would take 5 to 14 days, I was pleasantly surprised to be informed it had been shipped and delivered in just 2 days. I also used the price match thinking I would not get the cheaper price - wrong, Precision Time did everything they promised. I enjoy wearing top quality watches and I will only purchase on line from one retailer in future - well done Precision Time. |

Decided to buy a Swiss Army Classic Gents Chrongraph from Precision Time Watches who seem to be one of the few, if not the only, suppliers of the smaller (40mm) face diameter variant (Model 241171) in the UK. Price appeared good but lack of other known suppliers made comparison impossible. Watch arrived within 3 business dates but had very minor finish defect on side of case. This was replaced very promptly and without question with the advantage that the original bracelet adjustment could be revised without additional cost as the original half link removal was not quite enough. Delighted with this excellent, good looking lightweight titanium watch and great service. Would recommend Precision Time without question. |

Absolutely superb - I had ordered a watch from this site before and was extremely satisfied. I ordered a Tag yesterday morning (27.08.09) which retails in shops like Beaverbrooks and Ernest Jones for £2,295 which was advertised on the website for £1,940 or thereabouts. I found it on another site which was for £1,775 so decided to try the price match on the Precision Time website. Not only did they match it but took the price down to £1,725 which is over £550 cheaper than the high street. It was sent and received within a day. Cant recommend enough. |

I felt very nervous about ordering something so expensive online, but have been hugely impressed by this company from the start. They were incredibly efficient and prompt, the watch arrived and was stunning, with beautiful genuine packaging, and their customer services was spot on - never an answer phone and always answered by someone within a few rings. I shall be buying any future watches from them, and will definitely recommend them to friend, colleagues and family. An all-round excellent service. |

The service seems excellent. I called them regarding having the watch delivered to my work address and the gentleman I spoke to was most helpful. The Watch was delivered the day after order at the address specified. Everything was perfect! |

i wanted an oris watch, and the price at precision time was very good. i found it a little cheaper in USA, so i asked them for a better price, and they gave me one. i then had a problem with my credit card, i asked them to hold the offer and they did. finally i ordered the watch, which was probably out of stock, they informed me about the date they would get it, and they were accurate. they sent it to me with express mail on monday and i got it on Thursday (from uk to greece). excellent service. highly recommended for buys. |
