TME FOR A RECALL
I purchased new - 32" SHARP AQUOS LC-32D40U - From Best Buy in July 2006. By June 2007, the TV had intermittant issues of losing the picture while still having audio.
Sharp sent a technician to my home whom replaced most of the internal components while still under 1 yr warranty. The set still didnt work all the time. If I turned the TV off and back on, sometimes I would regain the picture.
I had cable co inspect and test lines. They were 5x5.
Sharp replaced the NEW TV with a remanufactured one in Sept 07 but only gave me a 3 month warranty.
Now some 2 months out of warranty, this set has the same exact problem. Now SHARP refuses to repair or replace this piece of junk they replaced the other one with !
