I purchased an exercise bike from PHD Fitness on 10th Jan 2007 - the money was taken from my account on that day. Delivery was "within 28 days". After 32 days, I emailed company to ask where bike was (order status on website stated "shipped 10th Jan"). I got no reply, I telephoned twice and got no answer - I emailed again. On 19th Feb I got a reply, explaining that the item had been dicontinued and offering me a 10% discount on an alternative choice. I decided to accept and emailed back with make, model etc. Today is 25th Feb and I am still waiting for a reply, tried phoning again - no answer. I have now decided to cancel my order and request a refund - I am interested to see how long it takes me to get a refund. I would not use this company again and would advise family and friends not to do so. |
