This is my first order and my goods where in stock, therefore I did not answer "out of Stock" questiion. Your pricing seems very competitive and that was my main reason for choosing you. The order process was very clear and easy. Look forward to receiving my goods and will use you again. |

Apart from trying to place the order yesterday, putting in ALL the card details TWICE followed by a blank screen with error messages. Had to email the firm but today all went through fine. Just await delivery to france. |

I ordered a HDT725050VLAT80 HDD which was supposed to have plenty in stock and 2 weeks later got a HDP725050GLAT80 HDD. Maybe they're the same, but it's not what I ordered and I now have to research this. Communication very poor. Did get one email reply saying that they were awaiting an order from their supplier. It was supposed to have been in stock. A shoddy company. AVOID. |

Order acknowledgement contained no delivery date. I emailed the listed address twice and received no reply either time. Suddenly, three weeks later, my item arrived, well packaged and exactly as described. I would be unwilling to shop with them again as if they don't reply to queries then they obviously can't be trusted. |

Ordered a PSU for a NEC computer (FSP220-50ld) and paid extra to select next day delivery. I am still awaiting delivery of goods or at least a response to my e mails I sent to chase. Would not consider using PC Jerry in the future and would recomend buyers to shop elsewhere if they need their order delivered on time. |

I attempted to purchase one hard disk from PcJerry.co.uk on 22nd March. Apparently, 10 were indicated as being in stock. I ordered it. No order acknowledgment was ever sent, hence no order number. I emailed for an acknowledgment and got: "I can confirm we have received your order for : Deskstar T7K500 500GB ATA133. This order should be processed shortly". 3 days later they confirm no stock, but due in 3 days. I never had any further correspondence (7 April). I have now contacted my credit card company for a refund. AVOID. |

Order still not arrived, I have emailed four times and phoned twice (left messages) i was informed by email(one email received) that goods were dispatched on 29th March. I feel ripped off, paying so much for delivery and waiting two weeks in limbo with no end in sight. Would not use them again |

Delivery charges are high, I will expect VERY prompt delivery at this price, if they manage that then I would choose them above Amazon for future purchases....we shall see. As i suspected, delivery was VERY POOR, £7.95 for Royal Mail Express, Royal Mail perfored the next day delivery option, however PC Jerry didn't ship for 7 days. Chased up with phone calls and emails and only got a reply the day after they had shipped it. Ill stick to Amazon. |

Just wish the delivery cost would be more visible and the Mastercard secure logout worked better and was in a larger type so that people could see it. Disappointed that they did not send an email to say that the order had been dispatched and that after paying such a high cost (presumably to get a signature) for such a small item they still use Royal (Snail) Mail. Other carriers deliver next day and get a signature and I did not see any option other than to select Express Delivery. |

Have already recommended to several friends all of whom have made purchases and are very happy Delivery has always been extremely quick, prices are always competitive and any correspondence has always been responded to quickly,efficiently, very professionally and with good knowledge demonstrated around the issue. |
