It was cheap, I was a little cautious so I called up customer services to make sure it was 1 x 4GB card and was told it was. It wasn't. 2 x 2GB cards arrived, clearly mistakes had been made both on the site and on the phone when i'd called to check. I contacted customer services again, to resolve the issue. What a waste of space. No apology was given and my complaint was met with automated robot emails and eventually sarcasm. I have to pay to send back the item and they would only agree to accept the return after I agreed to their conditions and they sent me an agreement form. These people are horrible to deal with if anything goes wrong, which in my experience, it will. Be assured you will be the one doing the running around and eventually be left out of pocket. It's worth paying a bit more for peace of mind. Avoid at all costs.	Overall Rating

My only grip is when trying to order ink for the printer you can not click on several items then update the basket - it is labourious entering each one individually - and you can lose your way a bit if your forget which colours have been put in the basket already.
