I found it long-winded trying to get back to start the order all over again. No shortcut back to edit your details once you get to the payment screen	Overall Rating

I especially liked the "re-order" option when I inadvertently cancelled the order I was placing (my fauly entirely). I have now received my order - fantastic service - goods arrived much more quickly thatn I anticipates, in tiptop condition and all as ordered. Will definitely use again If the goods arrive in good order, and nothing goes awry I will definitely use again. OYYY didn't I find these guys before!	Overall Rating

The carrier DPD put the parcel on board but they obviously miscalculated because they had too many parcels on board and ran out of time to deliver, unbelievable. All the time I have had deliveries this is the first time that this has happened. Especially after paying for guaranteed next day delivery. I sent and email they refunded £2 wow. I needed the item next day they never delivered within the alloted timescale. I was never told it wouldn't be delivered late. Steer clear of the company and the carrier.	Overall Rating
