I especially liked the "re-order" option when I inadvertently cancelled the order I was placing (my fauly entirely). I have now received my order - fantastic service - goods arrived much more quickly thatn I anticipates, in tiptop condition and all as ordered. The carrier DPD put the parcel on board but they obviously miscalculated because they had too many parcels on board and ran out of time to deliver, unbelievable. All the time I have had deliveries this is the first time that this has happened. Especially after paying for guaranteed next day delivery. I sent and email they refunded £2 wow. I needed the item next day they never delivered within the alloted timescale. I was never told it wouldn't be delivered late. Steer clear of the company and the carrier.	Overall Rating
