I have always been pleased with the orders placed with Normans. Not sure whether items are in stock and am not sure about delivery dates but it usually arrives within a week. |

Excellent online retailer. Fantastic range of instruments, accessories and music related stuff at really competitive prices. Quickly dispatch and well packed. The ONLY downside is: Normans then floods you with unsolicited email promotions for everything and anything - and there seems to be no way to get them to stop. It is doubly annoying as none of the promotions are even remotely related to any item you have ever purchased. It is so irratating! They might at least try using some intelligent marketing software. |

It's annoying when trying to register and order to be asked everytime you take a step if you want the insecure items viewing. It is also annoying to have continual pop-ups whilst trying to find your way around a web site. |

My only comment would be they don't do a same day dispatch even before 4.30pm. I run a website and we aim to provide the best service even with order dispatch. I phoned up in the morning and was still told I would have to wait until the next for it to be dispatched as this was their policy. On the whole was a great service and product, and the shipping time at 2 days was good. |

Good, clear and concise information. Easy to follow on line. Good security system in place. User friendly.Very impressive with quick delivery time and item was delivered during the time stated. The item was very well packaged (a digital piano) and the accessories, a stand a pedal which needed assembling had no missing parts. |

I called Customer Service to get some clarification on the details of an item and my call was dealt with in a very professional manner. The price I paid was the lowest I could find on the internet plus free delivery. I would definitely recommend normans.co.uk to my friends. |

Very Good First class check out. Am looking for many pleasurable moments on this piano played by all at the Badminton club. The Item was in very good condition and arrived in good time I will do business again with this organisation if possible |

I had to telephone to confirm that I had the correct colour item as this was not shown clearly. If one is very experienced in using your website it is I'm sure easy to follow, but not for me as a first time user. Also I was quoted a slightly different overall cost on phone compared with web. Delivery was fine, except that over the phone I was told that the driver would help me inside with the package - he did not. It was a good job that it was not raining as we had to unpack the box in order to lift the various pieces inside. The item was easy to assemble and is working fine. |
