Website advertised saving for a Tomtom rider 'kit' of £15, but nowhere could I find how to take advantage of this. Order confirmed item in stock. Odered with 'next day' delivery, only to discover this means 2-10 days. Then told that the maps are being upgraded and will be delivered after 5 working days. This is nonsense as the maps can be updated online. After 10 days I am told there is a problem with the item and delivery delayed another week. I have cancelled the order and am now trying to get my money back..... |

I had a problem with the order & tried to cancel it immediatly because of the £10 charge on a CD pack. I emailed & called but it still shipped. They are "less than a dozen people" but they do not/could not communicate within the company & the customer service was way down below average. I will never go back to them. |

It was a very user friendly site the only problem I had I went away and had put things in my basket i had to then go back and start again as I seemed to have lost them. |
