A little bit frustrating that I cant talk to someone about future stock, the website states clearly current stock but doesn't let the customer ring or email in relation to how often the re stock certain items. Other than that, so far so good, I'll know better in two days time if my order arrives. |

Ordered a server RAID card Fri afternoon, needed it urgently. MoreComputers seemed to be the only place in the UK with that specific model in stock (everyone else was on a 2 day lead from a European warehouse). They advised priority delivery would be next business day, ie Mon. However someone had the foresight to use Royal Mail 1st rather than a courier and it was delivered Sat morning - brilliant. Which meant the urgent server upgrade was completed over the weekend - no business disruption. Oh and they had one of the best prices too. Be using them again! |

Very easy to find, select and buy what I wanted. In fact the only thing I didn't like is the apparent requirement to be at home when the delivery arrives. Im a freelance photographer - I need items quickly but I am also often out of the home office on a commission. if you could get rid of the very irritating 'we try to deliver twice and take it away again' attitude, you'd be perfect. Why waste all that time and fuel when a customer is happy to have it left in the letter box????? |

website is slow and clunky, in a price competative world they need to impress with customer service, not just be another average jo. my email conversations with the company were terse but informative. instead of saying what your company can't do ie take orders over the phone - impress me with the ways you do take payment without me having to wring the information out of you. |
