The motherboard ordered would not show video. The procedure for sending it back is poor. It will probably cost me the price of returning it, £5.90. There is no guarantee that a replacement will work! Contrary to my first good impressions I received an email confirmation order stating the billing address would be the delivery point and not the delivery address which I had requested. As I could not guarantee being at home to collect the parcel I questioned this via email only to be told it was their policy to do this on first orders and that the goods had already been despatched. I should have been advised of this policy before they unilaterally decided to do their own thing. I feel this is very poor service and therefore I will not be giving this company any further orders. It was pure fluke that a neighbour, who would aslo normally be out working was available to take delivery of my goods Sincerely Keith Griffiths	Overall Rating

All too good to be true - complained about delivery being later than stated and asked for a refund of the extra delivery money as it did not arrive in time. Just got an email saying I could return the item, followed up with an email saying I just wanted my money back for the express delivery - nothing heard! not acceptable customer service I will not be using these people again!!
