achick Member Since: 20/10/06 View Member's: Reviews	My purchased item was due to arrive in 1 to 3 days. 4 days later it hadn't arrived so I called Memorybits customer service. Although I was previously emailed saying the order had been processed they hadn't actually sent my item because it was out of stock. CS told me there was no way on the website to inform a customer that items were out of stock, and that they are 'too busy' to email customers to keep them informed. CS said stock would be arriving from the supplier 'today'. I told the CS person I'm leaving the country in a few days and I might not get it in time? I was expecting an offer by them to send it next day delivery at their cost for the lack of communication and poor service - no such offer came and I was told I can pay the extra to have it sent quicker if I wanted - great customer service! This companies website states on the front page "We Pride ourselves on customer service, and keeping our customers happy". I don't think so.	Overall Rating

Another website,I didn't buy from' had a list of cameras and you could match up the card to the correct camera. Just a thought! Otherwise very pleased and looking forward to receiving my goods. The only reason I chose the site was the link from quidco.co.uk. The site needs it's own billing mechanism which it doesn't have. I am prepared to see what happens with the order.
