They have now changed their name to Zoombits.co.uk, how they can call themselves Zoombits is beyond me. I placed an order 3 weeks ago, as it appeared that the item was in stock, I was later informed (over a week later) that the item was out of stock, 3 weeks have now passed and I have still not received my order. I also placed another order before I relised what was happening with this one, which I have subsequently requested to cancel and asked for a refund, I have since been told that they will not issue a refund. This company's customer service is absolutely shambolic, AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!	Overall Rating

They denied that I had ordered a 2nd item until I produced their confirmation email quoting 2 items and credit card statement showing payment for 2 items. On accepting that they had made a mistake, I was informed that the item out of stock. I could have something else but guess what? I am having my money back. During the intervening time I had 5 emails telling me my order had been processed and would be sent it in a few days, and 5 emails telling me that there was a delivery delay. Additionally, when I ordered on line their web site was offering a discount if a code was inserted at checkout. This I did but the discount was never given. I only realised after payment and complained that their web site did not take off the discount as promised, please refund. Their reaction was to send a discount voucher for another order. NO WAY. No indication of stock levels on website, description of goods copied from the manufacturer's site which is not accurate. When status of my order was queried I was clearly lied to as they claimed items were in stock and my order had been processed but goods were not even despatched for another 6/7 days. Packaging on some items was damaged and contents could easily have been lost. They get the extra point for actually responding to my query but the fact that even the most basic website can supply stock status suggests that they could be hiding the truth. They take your money quickly so you end up having to wait it out for the stuff to eventually arrive. They have a large advert stating that they do next day despatch which is simply not true. If I had been in more desperate need of my items I would contact trading standards. Find another supplier with good feedback, they are out there.	Overall Rating

I used the 'Easy to use memory finder' on the 'MemoryBits' website to find the right memory. On arrival the memory was clearly wrong, wouldn't fit etc. I returned it for a refund. Upon not receiving a refund I have been continually fobbed off by their call-handlers. First of all they cited their own policy of no refunds on opened memory packaging. I pointed out they recommended, then sent me the wrong memory, their policy cannot over-ride my legal rights. After more prevarication their latest explanation is that the 'memory finder' is not MemeoryBit's, but Kingston's. They say I must therefor take up the problem direct with Kingston! MemoryBits is clearly the last firm any one should be using. They have effectively stolen my money.	Overall Rating
