So I repeatedly contacted them and eventually they "claimed to have" sent a replacement on 18/11/08. NO Goods ever arrived. MemoryBits has repeatedly lied to me, fobbed me off and tried to delay doing anything. They failed to deliver ANY goods, and to respond to my repeated requests for a refund. I am still waiting.... my advice DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY as they lie and cheat.	Overall Rating

MB does not reply to several e-mails. The item were returned due to very late delivery. Only after several reminders have they promised to credit my card (the modules were returned more than one month ago). AVOID Doing any business with Memorybits - they have no functional after sale service.	Overall Rating

Was really impressed that the memory cards came with an adaptor, making it possible to use in a variety of different products. Am currently using it in my phone, but have also used it in my digital camera. Downloading pictures on to the computer is an absolute wizz with the adaptor, pop it into the card memory and you are sorted.	Overall Rating

Memorybits was one of the topmost links to show up on Google search, undoubtedly for a reason. Not only do they have quite a range of memory on offer, they also do them at unmatched prices! the delivery was quick too! Whilst on the site, I bought myself a Crumpler case I was looking for. The item I ordered was actually out of stock (they did not make this known and had they done so I would have bought elsewhere). It took over a month to turn up and everytime I contacted their customer service department I was told a different story, either it was lost or out of stock. When I emailed them asking for a refund both my emails were ignored. It was not until I threatened to report them that I got an apology and full explanation of what was going on. I contacted them and was told it had been dispatched and to wait 5 more days. Still no order arrived so contacted them again and told to wait 2 more days. Still nothing so contacted them to cancel order and issue refund. After 5 days no refund had been issued so e-mailed them and was told refund had been given.
