The delivery details are also very unsatisfactory since nothing is explained when you select an option, particularly standard deliver. I made my purchase with them only because they are the only ones which showed that they sell the laptop recovery disk. Ultimately I now want to return the laptop because the video card appears to be worse than my previous laptop 4 years ago. The reply rate is very bad for returns. If the last bit of the service does not pick up, I won't be coming back here again.	Overall Rating

Also, the autodetection scripts told me that my Visa Debit card wasn't a Visa Debit card, which it clearly says it is on the front of my card. The laptop was sold as a refurb "A" (as new), but had a scratch and was missing a recovery disc, which in my mind makes it a refrub "B" (minor cosmetic damage).	Overall Rating
