Clear and concise instructions. Extremely informative. Well presented website. No nonsense approach regarding purchase ,payments and various types of delivery. It's also good to see how much savings have been made 48% for this product is excellent. To have prices already inclusive of VAT is also sound sales practise. Excellent. |

Only just placed the order, but if the product quality matches the website, I'll have no complaints. Well pleased with the two ladders (1 loft & 1 Extension) good quality, although I've not had time to fit the loft ladder, it seems fairly straight forward enough. I would definately use this company again and recommend them to other potential customers. |

I have not yet recived product from this Co, but I phoned yesterday to ask a question and found the lady friendly, pleasent, helpfull and in good humour,, this is why I decided to use this site to buy. lets see if the product is as pleasing??? |

Web Site Excellent throughout. Received a call within half a day after placing the order informing me that some of the items I ordered were out of stock so my order would be shipped in a weeks time. This was not a problem. |
