Have shopped with Inkubus on a few occasions, and every time has been an easy visit. My goods are always delivered swiftly, and the products are genuine at bargain prices. They cannot be beaten, I believe. |

I am very happy to use this Merchant for my Printer Inks, and have used them on many occasions before. The Inks always arrive quickly, and are packaged well & safely. I have never had any problems with this company, and stock is always available. I have happily recommended this company to others, and find the site very easy & secure, to use. |

To date I have been very impressed with the service. My only comment would be that i have to place orders seperately on line to access their being sent first class (ie to receive next day. I would like a further option for orders larger than 2 cartridges to allow Postal delivery. This delivery was a disappointment. I had ordered for 1st class post delivery as I needed it urgently and had expected it by Friday but it was sent by courier and I was not informed. When i rang to ask where it was, I was advised that there were problems with the postal service and it was sent by courier. It was then not left because no one was in. Therefore instead of it arriving next day as anticipated, it was not delivered until after the weekend.Had I received a call informing me of issues with the post I could have arranged to receive it. |

So far so good - easy web site to use (and cheaper buying via inkubus.co.uk than through their eBay store!). Remains to be seen if delivery is fast and efficient. OK, I'm writing this part after the goods arrived. Fast delivery, and everything was correct, apart from the delivery address, which had been written so ambiguously as to almost result in the items being returned as undeliverable. Thankfully a post room guy rang the company to confirm the correct address. When this problem was raised with Inkubus they were very good at investigating the cause, tracing it to human error and giving assurances of this issue being sorted. So I probably will order from them again, mainly because the price of the Kodak ink cartridges was so good. |

I have used them before and will buy from them again however this is the second order where, following receipt of the invoice they have forgotten half of the items therefore I had to telephone them and remind them of the items ordered. Follow up delivery of the items missed was then by a separate express delivery. |
