I have only had positive experiences when shopping with Glowgadgets. Every order comes with a personal note and often with a free gift. On one occasion, when Doc didn't have the exact product that I wanted in stock, he phoned me in the middle of the day to apologise and offer an alternative. When I declined, he refunded my order there and then so that I could order the product I wanted from somewhere else. I always make Doc my first choice when considering a purchase as I know that the service will be first rate. I would have absolutely no reservations in recommending Glowgadgets to my friends, and I do not make recommendations lightly. |
