The trumpet was well packaged, correctly and clearly addressed with post code. In spite of this, the Parcel Force driver delivered it to 28 Barnfield Road, Paignton instead of to me at 28 Barnfield Road Torquay. The disabled resident of 28 Barnfield Road, Paignton is unable to answer the door, so, having been given this information by the resident of number 83, the driver got him to sign for the package and left it. Meanwhile,I had tracked the parcel online and finding that it had been signed for by a stranger contacted Parcel Force who confirmed it had been signed for by No 83. Despite there being no 83 on my road they insisted that it could not possibly have been misdelivered to Paignton! The kind man at 83 next day saw "trumpet" on the box, queried this, checked the address and finally delivered it to me.	Overall Rating

We visited the showroom in York and were able to get helpful advice and try out instruments before choosing, which is vital.
