Strengths: Easy to play and control.
Weaknesses: Nothing.
Summary: This toy, the Dragonfly, is a hoot to play with. First, its easy a grasp control of it, it flys like nothing that I can compare to. I played with some of the micro RC helicopters, and they seem to be a little more awkward to fly compared to this Dragonfly. Second, because of it size you can fly this outside with a very slight breeze, however it flys best with little or no breeze. The micro RC helicopter will absolutely NOT fly with any breeze present. I live in a large apartment complex, and I have a large indoor multi car garage to fly some of these toys in, without any huge problems. The most significant benefit this Dragonfly provides is that it is practically indestructible, and can survive many stupid crashes. I also notice that you can purchase spare wings with for the Dragonfly, thus making needed repairs without scrapping the whole unit should tragedy strike.

Strengths: More fun than you would think
Weaknesses: fling in the wind and hard landings
Summary: 2007-05-16 17:00:22 I would buy this product, if I enjoy the art of air flight.

A new spin on an old concept, for a toy. Kids around 8 and older would get a kick out of this one.

Strengths: Very sturdy, fun to fly.
Weaknesses: You need to have a big room.
Summary: The FlyTech Dragonfly is an engineering marvel for a kid toy. Leonardo da Vinci probably would have drooled all over it. The flight is quite stable although it may take you a while to master the control. On my first few attempts the Dragonfly took unintentional visits to the walls and the ceiling repeatedly but nothing was broken (and I am not referring to the walls nor the ceiling).

Since this item was on clearance sale, I got a whole bunch to give to my nieces and nephews as Christmas presents. I know the kids will have a great time playing these toys.

Strengths: Extremely Fun | Very Responsive Remote Control | Comes with Extra Wings and Rotor | Handles Impacts Well
Weaknesses: Learning Curve is a bit Steep | Flying Outdoors is Difficult | Easier to Catch than Land Successfully
Summary: This Dragonfly is extremely fun and it can be controlled by nearly anyone of any age. Though don't get disappointed when you crash it right off -- controlling the dragonfly isn't as easy as they make it look in videos you may find on the web. After a few hours of practice though, you will become more proficient with the fun toy and be soaring through your house with ease! I say house, because flying it outdoors is a challenge. Even in the slightest of wind, it can wreck havoc on your ability to control the dragonfly, making it much harder to fly. Staying indoors or an enclosed space is recommended when flying the WowWee Dragonfly.
