First time I've used them. Read other reviews - appeared okay. Prices seemed good so thought I'd give them a go. Let's hope they live up to the accolades given by others. 14/05/2010 - Goods arrived next working day by courier, couldn't ask for more. Shame I haven't got the new printer to put them in! It's a pity other companies do not operate with the same customer relations and enthusiasm as Fuss3. Will certainly be using them again. |

Purchased toner for Xerox colour printer. Wonderful friendly company to deal with - a real person answers the phone!! NOT a call centre operator with a stopwatch ticking - time for a normal exchange of pleasantries and real human contact. This time, exchanged our experiences of the same printer - they have the same one. This is how it used to be everywhere, so let's all go back to the future. Reasonable prices, well packed, quick delivery, generally very efficient. Used the company for about 3 years now - no complaints at all, and recommend whole-heartedly. |
