I decided to use this online store and im glad i did, after i bought my rower i forgot to add the freebie so i spoke with fitnesssuperstore and they added it on for me. turned up 4 days later A++ |

I ordered a treadmill from the Gloucester branch which was delivered as promised. After unpacking and putting the treadmill together, it was found that two right hand plinth supports had been packed. It should have been a one right hand and one left hand support. I emailed the customer support explaining that the wrong part had been provided and received a copy of an email sent to the manufacturer. Since that date the treadmill has been unusable, so I wrote to the MD of BodyPower PLC asking for some resolution from the company - 3 weeks later, not even a reply acknowledging my letter. Trading standards are now following up my complaint, and I shall be disputing the payment with my credit card company. |
