Ordered the product on 11/2/ 07 expecting delivery within 3 - 5 days. By 26/2/07 it had not arrived. Was offered a refund and accepted. Will not use or recommend island cosmetics again. Retailer Response (03/04/07): We mail out approximately 2,000 packages per day, unfortunately on any given day 2 or 3 of these go missing in the post. As there are on occasion delays with the Royal Mail we ask you to allow 10 working days for delivery (although usually items arrive in 1 or 2 days) before we can take action. On this occasion as per your request we refunded your card in full on the 10th working day, we also offered you a 5% discount off your next purchase by way of apology. |
