Electricshop have taken no initiative to explain or apologise for this; only after I called them up did they excuse themselves by saying that there were themselves waiting for a delivery. WOULD HAVE LIKED A LITTLE MORE COMMUNICATION ON DELIVERY I HAD TO RING AFTER 9 WORKING DAYS THEY COULD DELIVERY ON THE 10TH IF IT WAS TO THE DOOR ONLY AND NOT BROUGHT INTO THE HOUSE (THIS WAS NO PROBLEM JUST TO THE DOOR)BUT TO HAVE BEEN TOLD EARLY ON HOW LONG WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE AND NOT HAD TO HAVE RUNG TO FIND OUT.
