Electricshop have taken no initiative to explain or apologise for this; only after I called them up did they excuse themselves by saying that there were themselves waiting for a delivery. joan.renshaw Member Since: 11/12/08 View Member's: Reviews	very upset with the delivery of the item first one arrive very quick but was left at front door and seeing that we are pensioners and it being a large american fridge freezer we were met with a big problem after overcoming it, once inside and placed where we wanted the young man noticed that the top of it had been damaged has if a large weight had been put on top and crushed it down, when i phoned the girl at the other end was very helpfull and arranged for another to be sent the next day, by same delivery though one man and we had to take it inside ourselves but this time we checked it before he left and low and behold there was dents on it! When i contacted the company again they asked me if they were very bad and would i be willing to accept a refund so rather than go through all that again i did.
