All went well right up to the point when the wrong contact details were given to the courier. Subsequently the order was not delivered and I was expected to pay a £35 aborted delivery charge. After 2 days of chasing the customer service department I did not receive an apology, instead I was expected to pay for my fridge/freezer to be redelivered. After I had got the customer service manager to practically admit the error was on there side, company policy dictated I was still liable to the delivery charge. I cancelled my order and bought my goods elsewhere. Hard work, not recommended.	Overall Rating
