The merchandise I ordered originally was no longer available, the merchant was very quick to let me know, about half an hour. They said they would remove it from their web page, when I checked it was still there, I challenged them about this and the person I spoke to said it was up to their IT department. They were very helpful and polite in all aspects of the process and I would definitely use them again.	Overall Rating

I had a email the night before delivery with the drivers phone number. I contacted the driver on the morning of the delivery and he gave me a time slot of half hour.
