I received a phone call informing me that my product was out of stock. it was likely to be in stock within a few days but they were unable to inform me should this not be the case. I had to ring to find out where my order was. I was not contacted by the firm to tell me it was out of stock as it stated in conformation email they would if any problems with arose with my order.
