Bought a juicer from electricshopping and needed it really quickly. Spoke to person over the phone to order who was very helpful and knowledgeable. Juicer arrived next day as promised and well packed. One of the best dot com shops I've used in a long time. |

If I could award 10 stars to this store I would. The item was ordered on Monday afternoon and arrived at 8.20am on Wednesday. Full marks to both supplier and the courier. They are now added to my list of "Favourites" and I shall certainly recommend them to all my friends. |

I can't say how impressed I am with electricshopping. I spoke to them to order some essential items I needed for my holiday and they went over and above to make sure what I ordered was going to work in Asia, and that I got it in time for my trip. They are really helpful, kind and know what customer service is all about. Fantastic! |

The whole transaction was unsatisfactory, from order placement to delivery. I found them unhelpful when there was a problem. Customer service was generally poor and I would not use them again. Retailer Response (24/01/07): We are sorry that you feel this way. Our team is trained to deal with some very complex issues and are available on the phone to help out. As you initially provided an address at which no one would be available to sign for the item during our advised delivery times and then provided an incorrect address for the re-delivery, we had to work around this as best we can. Our team therefore located the correct address themselves and diverted the order without needing to disturb you. We are pleased that you have now received your order from us and hope you enjoy using it. |

I ordered a Tefal pressure cooker late in the evening on 20th December. The website clearly warned that they could not guarantee delivery by Christmas, but I paid for it anyway and crossd my fingers! I assumed the order would be placed next working day and received a confirmation email. I asked questions about delivery via the email "Live Assistant" system - this proved to be absolutely useless - I simply received automatic emails saying I had been offline when they replied and that my questions would be followed up - this never happened. Strange that they claim I'm offline, when I run my business from home and always have an Internet link up! To be fair, I didn't have the time to call electricshopping during office hours, so I can't comment for their telephone customer service. However, as promised the goods were delivered at 3pm on Christmas Eve!! Overall: Very pleased with the turnaround. Just make sure you call...Live Assistant is useless! I would buy from them again. |

Goods not in stock, web site didn't say, after a week rang and was fobbed off with 'should be with you in a couple of days'from half-hearted fem on phone - didn't arrive, rang again - told problem with supplier, cancelled order, so far no confirmation of cancellation. Dead loss. Buy elsewhere. |

Customer Service from the dark ages, they put all the responsibilty for charges caused by their terrible courier service onto the customer. Its not free delivery unless you accept the delivery 1st time. they made me so angry. please don't shop with them, there are so many more deserving companies out there. |

30 minutes after ordering customer services called to double check my shipping address. I ordered at 4pm and received it the next morning with free shipping. Found the service and customer services representative great - would use again. |
