Claimed stock levels 99% acurate and put the blame on Microsoft yet are unable to explain why it took them 12 days to deliver a product or accept responsibility for the delay and costs associated with the failings. They promised a call back from a maanager to explain why the site lied - did he call? Nope. Addition... They called back in the end. A new manager has taken over customer services and he's saying they are sorting everything out. So am keeping an open mind.	Overall Rating

BUT, i paid for next day delivery on the two products, one of them arrived the other didn't it took a phone call from me to fin d out that it was on back order for another week!	Overall Rating
