These people wanted to charge £15 ON TOP of my shipping PLUS £5.76 VAT for a product that only cost £15.84. I may have been lucky, but I have had five orders from eBuyer over the last 14 months and all have arrived complete and within the promised time. THEIR WEB PAGE DESCRIPTION HAS NOW CHANGED, OMITTING THE WIFI PART, BUT MY ENOTE REMAINS UNANSWERED. Only fly in the ointment but I dislike being ignored.	Overall Rating

They seem to be excellent on lower priced items (under £50) and delivery is often earlier than you expect. BUT BEWARE high priced purchases where they can be truly awful. I bought a £500 w/s TFT TV from them and the item delivered was not as specified. They did refund the cost of the item eventually but I had to fight to get the courier cost refunded. However, their returns service is abysmal and after a year I have not had a refund. I ceased using them when I realized their Enotes system was a complete sham and made it impossible for a customer to get grievences resolved.	Overall Rating

To make things worse they never bothered to keep me updated. The enote is a BIG sham and useless. The customer telephone line is SIMPLY there to MINT money out of customers. You never get to speak to anyone...just the machine. I WOULD NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM EBUYER AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BUY PRODUCTS FROM THEIR SITE UNLESS ANYONE LOVES BEING STRESSED. I have had no acknowledgement of receipt and it is impossible to contact them by phone. I have sent an enote but they state that it takes seven days to action these ! It took several WEEKS to return a dodgy motherboard with no way of speaking to a human. The e-notes were unanswered for days. I thought of giving them a second chance but can now see they have done nothing to improve the service. I shall go elsewhere.	Overall Rating

You just can't get in touch with them & have to wait 7days for enotes, I'm still waiting for refund after 2weeks. When I did get through to their customer services, whilst they werent any help they did say they had about 25 people working flat out on customer services? The prices are cheap, their website is good easy to navigate, good descriptions and pictures of item. But the problems start after youve ordered the item, they refuse to package items properly! You sometimes end up receiving a battered manufacturers box and a broken product. Then the returns procedure, about 2+ weeks in total, not good enough. sort out the customer service & Package items properly ebuyer!!!!	Overall Rating

Often second hand items sent instead of new. Dont be temped by cheap prices you will regret it. this is not a one off either, its my last 10 orders with them. Cannot understand why others are giving good feedback, maybe they only order one or two components at a time. If you order any more than that you can be sure the order will be wrong. Impossible to contact via phone, e-mail or e-note, and manage to mess up almost every single order! Subsequently I have moved apprx £36k worth of business each year away from Ebuyer and to other companies. I now only deal with them for specific items, whilst i source them elsewhere	Overall Rating
