Upon purchasing my items on the 6th of Feb it stated i would receive my products on the 13th (the next Monday) but with my astonishment i received them the next working day!!! The first website i will be visiting for purchasing items will always be Ebuyer and i can almost guarantee they'll be the cheapest. Thank you Ebuyer!!	Overall Rating

One time I did buy from a competitor who offered an item at a lower price but they lied about actually having the item in stock. Ebuyer offer a choice of delivery dates and normally deliver on the selected date. Failure to meet delivery dates is more liable to be due to incompetence on the courier's part. Minus points: Prone to ignore emails on occassions.	Overall Rating

Lets hops you do a lot better this time. Retailer Response (02/02/06):  Unfortunately with the shear volume of customer orders that we deal with each day some times mispicked items slip through the net despite our efforts to prevent this; this has a knock on effect with our stock levels and can cause slight problems which we rectify as soon as they are identified. The item did arrive when stated and works well. The packaging of the otem was disappointing as there was no additional packaging by eBuyer and the box was dirty and slightly damamged. I would have liked the item putting into a box along with the other item i ordered which came in an envelope separtately.	Overall Rating
