However, good luck to anyone when it goes wrong as it is practically impossible to get hold of anyone. Order a Saturday delivery and if it doesn't come, you can't get hold of anyone until Monday!! I understand that items purchased with a finance package will take longer than usual due to admin etc. However, when I eventually got a delivery date (the night before, I might add) I booked the day off work for it not to turn up. On calling eBuyer, they told me that there had been a problem with my order being picked, but could not specify. I then demanded a Saturday delivery (which they usually charge an extra £20 for) free of charge seeing as it was their error to which they eventually agreed. This was the end of my problem with eBuyer but then my problems started with their main courier City Link. Please note that eBuyer's preferred courier 'lose' parcels between their HQ and their regional courier centres. Make of this what you will, but it cost me another day in waiting for a product that never arrived. I collected my own item from the courier and will not order from eBuyer again.	Overall Rating

If I were to return a failed hard disk under warranty back to the manufacturer in the packaging ebuyer supply, it would be rejected. Two pieces of hard polystyrene using the hard disk as the filling in a sandwich does not provide the protection against the shock of dropping. I have, in the past, received boxes where the hard disk has punctured a hole in the side!	Overall Rating

I have marked them with 3 stars on the generous side, but there are downsides, if you get delivered duff stuff, then you got to pay for returning it, and also find that you are out of pocket when refunded for the item, because you have paid for delivery both ways. the other thing to watch is delivery date, they might say ie. £10.00, and vat £11.75 +delivery +vat, vat goes on after delivery price. it turns out to be £16.27. and that is for delivery about 2 weeks later, for sooner, then the price, delivery, and vat all go up. 1/2 of the motherboards I ordered off them had to go straight back, nearly every power supply blown within a couple of weeks. I have had more orders better though, so it depends on what you buy, but I am trying to just buy outside the pc case from them now! as I have had less problems with that stuff	Overall Rating
