Annoyed1 Member Since: 23/01/07 View Member's: Reviews	Demanded ex-directory phone number, despite it belonging to OAPs. very rude on phone. did not like the fact we would not give them a phone number. cancelled order. then charged £31.35 admin fee. never told there would be one. they said they told us they didn't. they are rude, liars, bully's and thieves. had three parcels delivered by another courier with the need of a phone number. did not buy from them this time, will never buy from in the future even if they were the only shop on the planet. A pleasure to deal with - palced order online and recieved a call on the next day telling me shipping was scheduled for 3rd jan (please note all bank holiday in between). Shipped via city link and a call on the 3rd enabled me to get a tracking number. would definately look at digitech again for future purchases.	Overall Rating

Delivery time was inconvenient so I arranged to collect. Drove 35 miles to collect; item could not be found. Delivery was then guaranteed within 7 days. Item never arrived. Refund was obtained. Having had a great online shopping experience with them last week I had a look at their website to see if they had the much wanted Sony Bravia flat screen TV which not many other sites had in stock, and if they had there was certainly no chance of delivery before Christmas. No such problem for Digitech Electronics. I ordered on Tuesday morning and I have just received my Sony TV (Thursday) If I could give them 10 stars I would. All aspects of their service have been second to none in my experience, and I will make sure my friends and family are made aware of them. Once again I can highly recommend them to all. No immediate order confirmation on completion of order on the site (although provided immediatly by email). Delivery very good, ordered on Sat received phone call Monday p.m promising delivery on Tuesday (est 13:00). Tuesday called advising to expect delivery at 12:00. All in all very good service. Ordered a LCD TV that was offered on their web site with a free DVD recorder, first they tried to deliver it without confirming a time with me, then when it was delivered there was no DVD recorder, rang their support who said the offer had ended at the end of June, ended up leaving 4 messages for the manager to call me as they would not put me thru to him, each time having to leave my number again, on my 3rd call they even pretended to speak to the manager but when I asked to be put thru he stammered around then said he was out of the office and they had called him. Never got to speak to the manager and their final friendly advise was, ‘take us to trading standards you aren’t getting anything’	Overall Rating
