So i called them up to make sure they had it in stock before I placed my order. YES they did he said. Back on the site where it was still showing in stock. Ordered the goods. Two days later (next day delivery but it was a bank holiday weekend) Nothing! So I called them up to find out what was going on no TV no order number. I was then told that they did not have it in stock, great! So back online to find out Amazon had it back in stock and a little cheaper. Popped my card info in and found that my card bounced!!! It turns out that http://www.digitechelectronics.com had Lied taken payment for goods they did not have in stock and so far will not do anything about it. They now have 1k of mine and I have no money and no TV. They lied from the start	Overall Rating

They didn't so I rang again, to be told the camera I ordered for a very special birthday goft was no longer in stock, and had been discontinued!!! WHEN I TELEPHONED THEM THE NEXT DAY (11DEC08), I WAS TOLD A PACK OF LIES BY MR BILWANI – RANGING FROM (A) A LOT OF FLU GOING AROUND THEIR PREMISES, (B) NOT IN STOCK AND (C) NO DELIVERY DATE EVER LOGGED. DESPITE SEVERAL REQUESTS TO SPEAK TO THE BOSS (MR SHARIFF), HE WAS NOT INTERESTED IN SPEAKING TO ME. THEY REFUSED TO ACCOMMODATE A MORNING DELIVERY IN COMPENSATION, OFFERING ME HALF PRICE (£15) FOR A SATURDAY MORNING. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON-EXISTANT AND THE ORDER IS NOW CANCELLED. *** TO ADD INSULT, THEY SAY IT WILL TAKE 3-5 WORKING DAYS TO REFUND MY MONIES. *** GOD ONLY KNOWS WHAT THEIR AFTER-SALES SERVICE IS LIKE IF SOMETHING WERE TO GO WRONG WITH THE PRODUCT DURING THE 12 MONTH WARRANTY PERIOD! They appeared very reluctant to accept a return and stated that if they didn't deem the product faulty we would only received a 75% refund and in any event we would have to pay to return the faulty item. After a minimum of 20 telephone calls we finally got a full refund (minus delivery) some 3 weeks after the TV was returned to them.	Overall Rating

By lunchtime the next day I received a phone call confirming delivery (with a choice of days) and the TV was delivered at 10am on the Friday. Ordered Sony camcorder mid-morning on Tuesday, was phoned up the next day by a nice lady who told me that the order would be arriving on the Friday and to sign for the goods as received unchecked. Sure enough at about 10.30 on Friday morning the goods arrived in good condition. This is as first class a service as you are going to get anywhere.
