distressingly, DigitalKind have stopped answering their email and their phone. which is a shame as they owe us a £100 refund for a returned hard drive. oddly enough, their web site still allows you to place orders and sign up for newsletters; whether it still takes money is something I'm not prepared to test. |

Delivery charge was not obvious until far too late. First attempt to enter order prompted error message, but did not tell me why the error had occurred and deleted address data already entered. This needs fast improvement! |

So far so good. My initial order was rejected because I did not fill in a particular number but it did not explain where. I hope I have not ordered the item twice. It seems to be the only store in Britain with this item in stock. |

Website is well laid out and prices competitive but Credit Card ordering is a bit of a nightmare, It flat out refused to accept my Amex card with an error code that it 'couldn't accept this type of card with the currency type', and wrongly said my Visa card had expired when I still had over a month to go. |

Great communication. They promised to send tracking info next morning and it was there as promised on time. Not that it's really important but knowing that supplier cares about the customer and follows up upon what's been agreed makes me want to come back. Highly recommended. Thanks Byron! |

I use Digitalkind a lot and have always been impressed by the efficiency of the ordering system. I know they are fantastic value for money but I just wish they had a trade area for further trade discounts. |
