Contacted within a few hours of placing the online order for a domestic appliance, advising delivery next day. Delivery driver rang in advance to confirm arrival time and offered to unpack. Will certainly recommend and use again. |

I am luck enough not have been duped by this unprofessional company, Electro Centre Like many we saw the TV we wanted at a good price, so we went for it on a finance basis, we ordered from Electro Centre but the finance application did not go through which was ok as we were going to put it on card. When we notified Electro Centre Ltd that we wanted to complete the order on card, "surprise surprise" the price of the TV was increased. We had an order number and are intent to buy was confirmed with a follow up email confirming I would be purchase through card. The really unprofessional and lack of customer service came with a simple no solution answer email from Electro Centre 'I AM SORRY BUT THE PRICE OF THIS PRODUCT HAS BEEN INCREASED TO £7... WE ARE UNABLE TO HONOUR THE PREVIOUSE PRICE.” All I can say is to the response from Electro Centre Ltd is to be able to honour a price you have to first be honourable! |

ordered my TV late thursday afternoon and it was sat pride of place in my living room on Saturday eve. Delivery driver called to give an approx time which which i found very helpful. +++Excellent service+++ |

i ordered a 46" samsung lcd tv on the 6 march 1230hrs recieved a call from the delivery team approx 1hr later telling me my tv would be dilivered the next morning a saturday true to form i recieved a call telling me that they were 1hr away 1130hrs the tv arrived the dilivery team unpackaged it and checked the tv for transit damage overall a first class company from start to finish and the tv was £599 cheaper than currys beat that for price and service will deffinitly purchase of them again. |

found ordering my lcd tv very easy, only problem was that the site hadn't been updated and the tv i ordered was out of stock. i phoned after receiving my invoice e-mail due to no delivery details attached and was told that i should receive my tv within 3 days. didn't happen and when i phoned again i was told that they had no stock and that they wouldn't get any more until 20th jan, this isn't that bad as i placed my order on the 7th but i would prefer to be told this up front rather than having to ask. as this review is prior to my expected delivery i can only assume that digital point will be true to their word and make the estimated delivery date i've now been given. depending on the service from now until i receive my tv i will judge either to amend the rating of this supplier or not. |

To be honest, I was a bit dubious at the cheap price tag but decided to go with it. To my delight I've not been disappointed. Great TV and excellent turn around on delivery. |

I cannot recommend this supplier because when I placed my order I told them not to deliver on a particular date because I would not be home. They still came that day and left a card asking me to arrange another date. I did that and they confirmed, but I waited all day from 7.30 am and nothing came. When I rang and asked why they had confirmed they would deliver but hadn't they said they didn't know, but they'd deliver the next day. I said don't as I won't be home, so they did and left another card. I cancelled my order and asked for a refund several times. They deducted £15 for delivery, despite having deliberately called on two dates when they knew I was away and failing to deliver when they had confirmed that they would be calling. |

I ordered my lg washing machine yesterday morning before 12 by telephone and received numerous calls off them stating my delivery would arrive today and that the delivery man would call me to let me know what time they would arrive. They did exactly this and called first thing in the morning and said they would be here 11- 1 later on in the morning they called me about half 10 in the morning to state that they would be with me about 35 mins. Great customer service and lets you know exactly when they are going to arrive with yours goods. Arrived on time can't fault them they even took my washing machine upstairs and unpacked it for me to check everything was good. what other company would do this? Highly recommend these to other people and friends. Will come back in the future |

These guys are good! Having seen previous reviews, and spoken with their sales dept on the phone, I ordered a Panasonic TH-50PZ81B television at about 2pm. They rang me shortly after to confirm delivery would be the next day! The driver rang me next morning at 10am advising that delivery would be within the hour...and it was! The two man team unpacked the tv and helped me check for signs of damage. All was fine. Electro Centre seems like a friendly and highly efficient operation. |

Although I have now completed this transaction - my first and last with Digital Point - I cannot justify giving them anything but a completely unsatisfactory rating. Their courier company Interlink Express failed to leave calling cards when I was out and unable to receive delivery. Digital Point "Customer Services" staff attitude was "we have been in business 30 years so we can treat you with total disrespect and dismiss your complaints now we have your money and to top it off we'll even threaten you with having to pay redelivery charges because if we use a crap courier company that's your problem not ours. Oh, and don't be so argumentative" and hang up. I finally received my purchase today, 8 days after ordering. This has to be the worst customer experience I've had in a long time if not ever. Please be warned! |

I called the sales line on monday around 11:00am, the sales person was very polite and knew exactly what he was talking about, i ordered a sony kdl40w4000, i got the best price, it was available in stock. As soon as i put the phone down, i got a call back with in an hour, asking if i would like next day delivery, i was very surprised with the quick delivery. I got a call in the morning from the delivery driver that he will be delivering in the next hour. As soon as they came on time they opened that tv box to make sure that there was no damage. very happy, will Definatley shop again. |

Ordered plasma on Monday evening, delivered on Wednesday @ 7.15 am. very friendly delivery men who checked it over and make sure there was no damage. Very pleased. |

I read reviews before placing my order for Sony Bravia. The supplier had the highest number of positive reviews. I thought that one has to be lucky to get such service as described in some reviews but thought it could not go too bad. In comparison to other online suppliers there was no delivery cost depending to time of delivery and it seemed to be too good to be true. I placed the order at 2pm and within an hour received a phone call informing me that my TV would be delivered the following day. I still could not believe and was prepared for changes to happen. The following morning I had another phone call from the delivery team advising roughly about the time when my item was expected to be at my address. They predicted to arrive around 12 but arrived at 1pm!!! Can anyone expect more! This is the best service that you can dream of an online shop. |

Item was not in stock. They then told me on 2/5/08 that the item was not in stock and would arrive on 7/5/08. When I heard nothing I had to phone them a number of times, only to be told after 3 calls over 2 days that the earliest I could expect the item is in June. I cancelled the order, but they have so far refused to confirm this in an email. I hope they don't hold on to my money, almost £1000. Hate to say this, but Dixons seem a lot better and will match their prices. |

i ordered a lg us fridge/freezer on wednesday 7th may 2008 early afternoon and they said they would phone an hour before delvery they phoned the next day and said they would be about 20/30 mins that was not even 24hours the two men were very helpfull and very polite everywhere eles was between 7-14 days delv the price was the chepest around i would highly recomend them again |

(Edited May 20th by geoffw6) This company is the worst I have had any dealings with. There staff are rude and very unhelpful. I ordered a microwave online, I had a phone call the next day saying they would deliver the following day, I pointed out to them that I was not available to accept delivery and just to card me and I will arrange to pick up from courier company. They said they do personal deliverys and don't use courier companys, when I said I cannot be available on any week day, they said they will take it back to Birmingham and I would be possible charged for a redelivery. I and my partner spoke to them a number of times on each occassion they were very evasive and lied when my partner attempted to speak to a senior person. My partner spoke to somebody who called himself Dean who earlier had a different name. We decided that this was not a proffessional company and cancelled our order. They would not give us a cancellation number and said will be refunded the next day. Do not deal with this company! |

Having gone through a referral I really expected better service. There websites doesn't reflect their true T & C's of delivery therefore had to cancel order as they were going to leave a 30kg+ fridge on the bottom floor of the property where it was required to go upstairs. There was no willingness of flexibility even though they cancelled the original date of delivery as the stock they on floor was damaged (after they assured me it would be delivered on that day). Price is good but doesn't make up for the lack of service they DON'T provide. |
