Terrible experience, worst ever customer service. A definite 'no-no' for future reference. I ordered the Sat Nav 740 Live directly from Dell on 4th July 2009, and was advised that delivery would be made between 5-7 days from the date of purchase. After a week of waiting I checked on their website when the actual date of delivery would be and was surprised to see that they had postponed the delivery without notifying me for the 17th July. A few days before this date, I once again checked the delivery date and rather annoyed to see that the date had been changed to the 27th July. aving not been notified of any of these changes to the date of delivery, I phoned Dell to find out what was going on and what the cause was for the delay. I was advised that the delivery dates were estimated dates and I just had to wait.
