I found the scanner tool particularly handy to find the system memory and then the check boxes to tailor down to specifics. The price point was fairly competitive but there were cheaper sites; however, I chose to go with a brand I trust. Delivery was super quick and the extra RAM in my Laptop worked a treat. While everything else went well this time, I was a little confused by the pricing structure for my potential purchases. To buy the 2GB kit (1GBx2) Part #: CT926007 cost £1.16 more than buying two seperate 1GB pieces. Part #: CT926004. This is very strange as Live Chat confirmed it's the same base piece, so unlike most companies where you buy a two pack, it costs less than buying two individualy... on this occasion for some reason I was going to be charged extra... so my advice is don't blindly pick the multi-packs you may end up paying more. ____________________________ Further to the above both items have now been returned to the company through a very pain-free returns process. The crucial memory chooser, failed for my machine and advised me I had slots free, when in fact there were no slots free. A shame, but I will still use Crucial Memory.	Overall Rating
