It was a fast, simple and easy to understand process and left me feeling confident and capable of dealing myself with the job in hand rather than calling in a maybe expensive "expert". We shall see what happens when the goods arrive, but even as a non-technical and not very manually dextrous individual, I feel that I can manage the task in hand. Picked express delivery, 1-2 days and waited. Received an email from them 3 days later that there were no parts in stock and it could be another 10 days wait. So I double checked on their site shop and it was still showing parts available with 1-2 days delivery! It was also showing in stock on the Pricegrabber site and other pricing sites.
